❌Buff Characters• I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.• Please provide visual references and be as detailed as possible so I can draw your requested artwork accurately.
Terms of Service
NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) Use
• Clients shall NOT be allowed to use any of the artist's (Sumi Potato-chan) illustrations for any NFT or crypto businesses or profit.• Including sites such as OpenSea, Axie Infinity, Rarible, Decentraland, Super Rare, NFT Marketplace development, or other kinds of NFT sites of the kind are not to showcase or profit off the artist's works.Requirements from Commissioner
• Your order's references and requirements must be very clear
• Reference can be anything (gif, photo, vid, ect.) as long as it can describe what you need
• In case of having many references and requirements, please make a document file (PDF)
•In case you're not sure at all about what you want for the drawing, I have to refuse your orderPayment and pricing
• Prices of my commissions are subjected to change throughout the year.• In events where commission prices change, the prices of commissions or projects accepted BEFORE said change shall NOT be affected• Payments shall only be made through an invoice created in Paypal.
**Paypal invoice can be paid with any type of credit or debit card. Having a paypal account to pay is not required. • Clients are required to pay the full amount before the artist completes and releases the commission.• Clients may be charged a rush fee if the artist accepts a piece that requires it.Delivery
• Upon completion of the work and settlement of payments, Clients will receive the Hi-Res, non-watermarked file of the final product via preferred method of delivery (email, google drive, or other preferred methods discussed with the artists)• Requests may take between:
Illustrations and Character Design Sheets: 1 week to 3 weeks
Live2d Sheets: 3 weeks to 1 monthwhich will depend on the complexity of the work and the artist's schedule.
** Please inform the artist if the artwork is required at specific time to ensure the deadline is met.• In rare cases where the artist has emergencies or unforeseen circumstances which may lead to significant delay on the delivery of commission, the client shall be immediately notified of this and shall discuss with the artist the best course of action.Refund Policy
•Full Refunds shall only be given if the artist has not started with the commissioned piece yet.• Partial Refund shall be given dependent on the amount of progress the artist has made on the commission.Edits
• The artist shall provide updates to the client each stage of the work (Sketch > Lineart > Color > Shading). Major revisions shall only be allowed during the "Sketch" Phase• Major revisions beyond the sketch phase may be subject to edit fee. The said edit fee may vary depending on the work needed to do to accomplish the revision.Rights and Distribution
• I reserve the rights to the artwork and distribution. Please credit the source of the artwork and that I may use said artworks for portfolio, website, and advertisement needs.• The prices posted here are only for personal use. Commissioned illustrations cannot be used for profit or commercial use unless stated otherwise. If you’d like to have your commissioned illustration be used for commercial use and/or for profit, There will be an additional 50% fee to the overall cost.• Clients are allowed to repost commissioned works on any website or use them in any social media sites as banners, profile icons, etc. as long as there is proper credit.• Finished commissions shall be posted publicly on websites such as twitter, pixiv, kofi, etc. If you would like your piece to be made private, please inform the artist.

-All L2D Packages come ready to be rigged, meaning this is only the art and there is no movement or bones added.
